The grapes grown near the coastal territory of the gentle Livorno hills of central Tuscany, are vinified with equipment which brings out the perfumes of the fruit to improve the bouquet. The knowing combination of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Chardonnay make it a splendid wine even for its colour which is straw like with greenish glints,

Notes and Characteristics
The malvasia, with that sweet warm taste of Mediterranean grapes, the persistent and ripe perfumes of the chardonnay and the body of the Tuscan trebbiano, make this wine a white loaded with perfumes and aromatic fullness
It is preferable to accompany this wine with the classic cuisine of the sea, with omelettes with vegetables, with fresh cheeses and white meats. Should be drunk at a temperature of 12°. Alcohol: 12,5% Vol
Opposite the farm guesthouse there is a wine shop where you can taste and if you want also buy the products of the farm, mainly oil and wine.
For about thirty years the vinification of the red grapes has taken place in glass coated cement vats where the wine rests until after the Spring, and is then put in barrels of French oak, where the wine matures for about 12- 18 months, according to our tradition. The vinification of the white grapes takes place in steel vats in controlled fermentation at a temperature of about 17°, this allows us to maintain unaltered in the wine those perfumes, aromas and tastes which make it pleasant to the palate and to the nose
